The hardware of the district has met the demands of the trend, but the cultural and spiritual establishments must make a leap in time to meet the technical advancements, so that society, families, and individuals can reclaim their lost sense of balance. Therefore, the District Hall regularly hosts annual Father's Day, Mother's Day and Outstanding Youth awards, as well as all sorts of cultural events and dinner parties in accordance with festivals.  These events help to enrich the spiritual life of the residents.
